LiveHacks #2 took place at the beautiful venue Studioteatern located at Operahögskolan on the 9th of September 2017. This time we were 70 coders, designers, makers, sound engineers and music enthusiast who all worked on challenges connected to how we experience live entertainment in the future. The participants were divided into teams of five. Each team either worked on their own project or chose from a project portfolio offered at the event. Stagecast provided APIs and frameworks. Throughout the day there was delicious food and we enjoyed speeches from the german interactive music artist Alex Nowitz. Annika Kuchenbuch helped to kickstart the day by running ideation workshops and energized the participants with some slick dance moves!

Another hack with astonishing projects. Incredible what these guy built in only a day. The winning team team consisted of Nadia Campo Woytuk, Wojciech Adaszyński, Angelina Agesand and Liang Anlin. They created an interactive moment where the users could paint on their mobile screen and the output was displayed along with other users’ paintings on the main screen behind the stage, moving in the rhythm of the music.
Winners of the most creative project were Johanna Nordlöf, Petter Laugusson, Linus Forslid & Tobias Forsen. These guys built an interactive glowing ball for crowd games.
The project which won the prize of best design consisted of Maximilian Klinke, Tim Stadtmann, Yong Zi Fong, Daniel Roda and Viran Ribić. The individual prize for the person with the most LiveHacks spirit went to Maximilian Klinke.
