Some countries require competition terms in any giveaway that is run for marketing purposes. Therefore, you can add custom competition terms & FAQs on the prize configuration page in the second step "prize information". If you do so, the participants will have to opt-in and agree to your terms before they can participate.
You upload the competition terms as a separate PDF and the FAQ you can link to an external website. See image below.
